Return Policy
Non-defective products must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, unless indicated otherwise. All products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and documents for your refund to be processed. Prior authorization is required for all returns. Defective product may be exchanged for an identical replacement. See exchange policy.
All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 7 days unless otherwise stated. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

After 30 days, exchange, replacement or repair must be handled by the product manufacture. Instructions for this process will be on there respective Web Site. Software Return/Exchange Policy
Software must be returned within 15 days from date of purchase in its original SEALED packaging.
(Windows XP and Vista Operating System software is not returnable. Windows can only be installed on one computer, the OEM license on the package must be attached to the computer. )
(Packaging must not be opened or tampered with in any way. Once the software has been opened, it is NOT refundable, unless it is damaged or defective. All damaged or defective software can only be exchanged for an identical replacement. Incompatibility issues DO NOT qualify as damaged or defective, so check to make sure your computer will run the software.
